It is developed in four phases, with a total land area of 65,809.37 square meters in Phase I and a total construction area of 55,199.12 square meters in Phase II. It is equipped with two swimming pools: a large infinity pool and a central garden viewing pool; a large complex living hall, a café, a cafeteria for owners and other commercial facilities; and recreational facilities such as a hiking trail and a pavilion overlooking the stars.
